3 Bedroom Deluxe  Cottage	8	Our new luxurious 3 bedroom deluxe cottages can accommodate up to eight people. The spacious main area is equipped with a futon, LCD TV, dining table and seating. The main bedroom has a queen bed with TV. The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed. Deluxe cottages include the following: bathroom with shower, kitchenette, heat, air conditioning, and cable TV. Inside cooking facilities include a full size refrigerator, four-burner stove top, microwave oven and coffee maker. Dishes, pots, pans and utensils are included. Loft Cottage	8	Enjoy the convenience of one or all of our seven stunning cottages with your family and friends. Centrally located within the resort to provide you easy access to the pool and a host of other amenities. When you arrive, your only regret will be that you didn't book a longer stay. So plan ahead and make your vacation plans today. We have weekly and monthly specials available. Our Loft's can accommodate up to 8 people they include; a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, full bed in the loft bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The second loft area can be used for sleeping and /or playing. For your convenience a second air conditioning unit has been provided to keep you comfortable on those warm nights or relax on the spacious furnished deck. All Loft rentals include the following: electricity, water, heat, air conditioning, full bathroom with flushing toilet, tub & shower, color TV, DVD player, linens for the full and queen beds, full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, basic cookware, dishes, utensils, picnic table & fire ring. Premier Cottage NEW FOR 2010	9	These luxurious 2-bedroom cottages sleep 9. They come fully furnished with all of the comforts of home! The Kitchen is equipped with full size range/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils and loads of cabinet and counter space. The spacious Living/Dining includes a futon sleeper/sofa, a dinette with seating for 8, and a 32" Flat Screen TV with 57 cable channels. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, dresser and 22" Flat Screen TV - the 2nd Bedroom has a full/twin bunk, a 2nd set of twin bunks and a 19" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a shower stall, pedestal sink, medicine chest, commode and linen closet. Important Cottage Information

•Reservations: Three night minimum during Peak Season ( June 18th thru Labor Day ) and two night minimum stay during Off Season ( March 26th to June 17th & September 6th until November 6th). During the 4th of July week, four (4) night minimum stay required. During Memorial Day, Labor Day & Columbus Day weekend's, a three (3) night minimum stay required.  
•One night reservations excepted Sunday - Thursday nights.
•Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 3:00PM. Check-out is at 11:00AM for cabins & cottages.
•Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in cabins and cottages. Violation of these rules will result in a fine of $250.
•Pets: Pennsylvania health codes prohibit animals from entering our buildings. Therefore cabin and cottage guest must refrain from bringing pets with them. Violation of these rules will result in a fine of $150.
